My favorite thing about being a photographer is when I get to go full circle with a family. From maternity to newborn and then milestone sessions! I first met baby Emmy at her newborn session. Her sweet disposition and dark hair with big brown eyes reminded me of when I first laid eyes on my daughter Emmy (now 3) when she was born. Sniff, Sniff!
Seeing Emmy again for her one-year-old cake smash was so rewarding and so much fun! I love seeing how she has grown into a sweet little girl! Still with that dark hair and big brown eyes….. I secretly wish she remembered me like I did when she was a newborn. Being able to capture her smiles and excitement for the cake was so incredible! Her mom topped the cuteness off with the most adorable crowns and cake topper I have ever seen!
I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to watch sweet Emmy grow and turn ONE! I can’t tell you all enough how special it is that you share your family with me. From baby growing in your belly, to being able to photograph them as a newborn and to capture the pure bliss and excitement of them turning one is incredible.
